Dear Haringey Borough Council,

The last reply was surely a mistake. It re-send documents that I have already received when I asked for the papers mentioned in the 4th August agenda.

These are:

1. Tottenham Green Market (briefing attached)
2. Tottenham Area Action Plan (paper to follow)

Please forward these asap as requested.

In addition, I want an internal review as to why the information has not been provided. it should have been provided in replying to my original request, and then in reply to my follow-up.

Yours faithfully,

Martin Ball

Dear Pietikainen Sirkku,

Thanks for starting the complaints procedure.

In advance of that, please can the additional papers for the 4th August meeting actually be sent to me? A lot if work is being generated by the failure to provide the papers - referred to in the agenda - as being circulated at the meeting.

Yours sincerely,

Martin Ball
