Freedom of Information Act 2000 – Request for Information
We are pleased to respond to your request for information and our response is set out below.
Request
Under the FOI act, could you kindly please provide me with a current list of the email addresses of al
Practice Managers within your CCG and the relevant GP surgeries they manage .
Response
Exemption Section 21
The CCG are unable to provide the information as requested above, information in relation to the GP
practices can be obtained directly from the practices and from their practice websites.
NHS Bradford Districts CCG is applying a section 21 exemption to this information, as allowed by the
Freedom of Information Act 2000. This allows information to be exempted from disclosure where this
information is already reasonably accessible by other means. The names of all the Practices, Practice
Managers, contact details for the practices and the GPs at each of the practices is available on e ach of
the GP practices website.
