Your email dated 25 June 2018 is considered to be a request for information under the Freedom of 
Information Act (FOIA) 2000. You requested the following information: 
 
Vehicle maintenance report on LEYLAND DAF T244. Reg No.  05 KL 01.  
I  have  been  informed  that  it  is  possible  to  get  a  vehicle  maintenance  report  on  ex  MOD 
vehicles. 
I have been told it's called a 'James report' 
Please do you have any records of this for my old truck. 
 
I  can  confirm  that  the  Ministry  of  Defence  (MOD)  holds  information  relevant  to  your  request. 
Unfortunately, following the closure of MERLIN it is only possible to retrieve information held on 
the archived version of the database, which is attached.
