1. How many housed in Clackmannanshire?
2. Type of tenures?
3. How much money has Central Government given Clackmannanshire council?
4. What have they spent money on?
5. Will they publish year on year accounts?
If not why not?
6. Who has overall responsibility for the budget?
7. If the money is not been spent on refugees what have they spent the money on and who sanctioned that?

I am happy to supply you with the information you requested.

Thank you for your enquiry:

Q1 - 86 refugees have been have been housed in Clackmannanshire under the
Vulnerable Persons Resettlement Program  (VPRS)

Q2 - All are housed under Scottish Secure Tenancies

Q3 - The total amount of money received by Clackmannanshire Council, from
the Home Office in respect of the VPRS program, is £1,109,418 to March
2018.

Q4 - The monies provided have been allocated to the provision of services
to the refugee families through, for example, additional support services,
ESOL classes and overcoming barriers to attending such classes. Additional
sums have been allocated to addressing additional service provision
required by Social Services, Education and employability services.

Q5 - It is not the Council's intention to provide separate accounts.
Detail of expenditure on this area will be included within the Council's
published accounts, no additional detail is required.

Q6 - Overall responsibility for all budgetary matters rests with the
Council's Chief Executive

Q7 - As above, all monies provided are being spent on activity related to
the resettlement of the families and is in full accordance with the
funding arrangements agreed with the Home Office.
