Thank you for your request which was received by West Leicestershire Clinical Commissioning Group 
(WLCCG) on Tuesday 24th April 2018, for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. 
 
Please find below your questions for ease of reference (in italics) and the organisation’s response. 
Question 1: How many doctors surgeries are covered under the CCG? 
Response to Q1: 48.  
Question 2: What percentage of those surgeries are fully covered under your managed service, i.e. 
you provide a replacement printer if broken/faulty?
 
Response to Q2: 100%.  
Question 3: What clinical software is used within those surgeries for printing prescriptions, by 
percentage?
 
Response to Q3: SystmOne is used by 78.3% of practices and EMIS Web is used by 21.7% of 
practices (split by registered patient population).  
Question 4: Which printer manufacture is your current chosen option for those consultation rooms? 
 
Response to Q4: Brother and HP.  
Question 5: What is the name of the person responsible for providing the Printers to those surgeries? 
Response to Q5: Leicestershire Health Informatics Service (LHIS).
