I am writing to request an internal review of London North West Healthcare NHS Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Whistleblowing reports'.

Please find attached the response from the Trust.

 

Where information has been redacted it is to protect the identity of staff
or third parties. Names will not be disclosed of staff who are not
director level and therefore this information is exempt under section 40
(personal information) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 , as the
information constitutes third party data. Section 40(2). Under the FOI Act
disclosure of this information would breach the fair processing principle
contained in the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA), where it would be unfair
to that person and is confidential.
