Dear Westminster City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Westminster City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Licensing Information'.

I think you have misunderstood my request, I am not asking you go through 3500 records. In your 2017 returns to the Home Office for licensing statistics, you stated that have 80 premises which pay a multiplier fee in Band D, and 126 which pay a multiplier in Band E. I am simply asking you to confirm the current figure, and of those premises identified, how many of them are public houses. By your own estimate (5 minutes per record), this should take you no more than 17 hours.
