Thank you for your email dated 12^th February 2018

 

The information requested is below.

 

Please provide a list of the filename including file extension of every
file stored on the network drive S referred to in your response to FOI
request LBH/ 6898617.

 

The network drive referred to in the previous FOI has a large number of
files but they are all stored in a consistent way so I have copied
screenshots to show the structure rather than listing hundreds of
documents each with the very similar structured filenames.

 

The long file name for the shared drive is:

 

Then each Board meeting is shown by date in each year – this is 2018

 

Within each file – are the Board meeting minutes

 

This are the files for Board meetings 2017

 

Everything is laid out as Draft Confidential Minutes – DD.MM.YY.doc(x)

The dates of all Board and AGM meetings are available on our website so
the resolutions from the Board meeting of years 2006-2016 will follow the
same structure as above and for each file name will be Draft Confidential
Minutes DD.MM.YY.doc(x).

Dear Mr Steig,

I can confirm you the response you have received from Homes for Haringey is almost entirely dishonest and misleading.

Shame on you Homes for Haringey !!

Homes for Haringey employ software which has the functionality to easily display a list of files held on any network drive, together with file attributes, including size and type. These lists can be exported to another format, e.g. Excel, for use outside of the development environment.

There is no real overhead in terms of server performance, given the IT department is staffed till 6pm, long after most users have finished their working day and server usage is minimal, or the process can be scheduled to run outside of business hours when the servers are essentially idle.
The process requires only basic technical knowledge to setup and run.

Sensitive files or directories can be redacted en-mass, using a very simple exclusion clause, or multiples thereof.
