Thank you for your Freedom of Information request of 9 Mar 2018. You asked:
“After the resolution of CDLA/0735/2009 in Mrs Tolley favour you made a further
submission for the related cases by 15th of december.
Could you, please, tell me:- How many related cases are there? Please, do not say
that you do not hold that information as it has been you who indentify those cases and
gave to Upper Tribunal. - Which are the new lead cases that you are going to use
now?”

Q1: We have provided this information in our response to Ms Jeans’ Internal Review
request IR 103, sent to you on 15 March 2018.
Q2: We have provided an answer to this question in our response to Ms Cócera’s
Freedom of Information request 915, sent to you on 4 April 2018.
I have attached the two replies that I refer to, i.e. IR 103 and FoI 915 for your
information.
