44% of people prosecuted by POL outside NFSP scope

In the light of the following quote "Mr Greenhow also points out that 44% of those charged and prosecuted between 1999 and 2015 were “outside the scope” of the Fed. And we can see thanks to an FoI request, that indeed 102 Post Office employees outside the Fed were indeed prosecuted between 1999 and 2013, but not whether there was any Horizon connection. " Can you say how many of prosecutions made between 1999 and 2013, that relied on Horizon evidence, were against Post Office Ltd employess and how many were against subpostmasters or their employees

January. Your request is being considered under the terms of the Freedom
of Information Act 2000.
The Act requires that a response must be given promptly, and in any event

Dear Mr O’Sullivan,
I am very sorry for the late notice, but we are still in the process of
finalising the figures regarding the number of prosecutions of individuals
who would have been outside the scope of the NFSP. We will therefore be
unable to reply to your request today.
We do, however expect to be able to respond within the next few days and
in any event by no later than 28 February.
