The request is waiting for clarification. If you are Sarah Critchley, please sign in to send a follow up message.

Dear Judicial Office for England and Wales,

Could you tell me how many cases this year that involved a litigant in person concluded with that person losing there children,
And how many cases was there that the litigant won the right to keep there children.
In these family cases how many times has the court lost documents filed by the litigant. In a year.
How many times has socail services served there bundle to the litigant late.
How many times in a year has the litigant not had a guardian to investigate for them because they did not fill in a application to fund them.
How many times in a year has social services served a bundle to the litigant with missing sections.
Thankyou.

Yours faithfully,
Sarah Critchley

Dear Parris, Kirstie,

Thankyou for yor response, and keeping that in mind i would like to revise my questions,
1. Can a care order be issued after a child is 16, three weeks before hes 17.
2. How many times in the Blackburn Court Holidays which I believe is from aug-end sept
Did socail workers serve there bundle with missing sections to self litigants
For example PR17C00315 bundle served to mother almost a month late with the key socail workers report missing. And threshold document was blank.
I made the judge aware of the missing section
The practice manager of the local authority said that she had emailed me the file some days before.
She had emailed me a report from a different social worker and it was agreeable, do i did not argue it.
I picked up the wrong folder as i was leaving, and only after my children had been taken did i see the report.
So has this happened before and if so how many times in the holiday period.
How many complaints have been made about the court admin staff providing a false email address to file evidence to, this email address. [email address]. It took my evidence and deleted it.
This email address had been given to me by admin staff and i also picked up a list from the main door, with the same email.
The judge in a previous case said i was a exemplary parent he told the socail workers to consult with me in regards to the care plan. He said to me i would have a safety net, no fourteen days removal, only in emergency and that if the order was to be varied or cease it was to be in his court.
I can find no written evidence to these words, what document do i need to request to see these extra items
As i had a section 20 agreement, it was only to mature into a care order if i lost my liberty, for fraud not child cruelty or abuse. The local authority and my own solicitor provided me with a section 31 care order,
The judge ordered neglect to be removed from the threshold. And there was no findings of fact. There was a amended threshold document that I cannot access, the local authority used there first threshold which was not satisfied to the court, the judge ordered them to help me. They did not do any of the things the care plan set out.

How many times in the same period has the case finished before the allocated final hearing date
How many times has the court finished before allocated final hearing date because another party ( not the parent)
would not be available
is it proceedure to make the lA responsible for serving the parents bundle, to the other partys, if they are self litigating.
And how many times in the same period has a parent gone into court, expecting the other partys to of seen the parents evidence. And the evidence maybe was misplaced, or the judge himself left the court room to find it. Then the socail workers left the court
How long does it take the printers (in the administration office in Blackburn family court ) to print 450 pages,
How many times has the admin printed at random and on both sides of the paper of parents bundle

Yours sincerely,

Sarah Critchley
