Dear Sheffield City Region Local Enterprise Partnership,

Local Enterprise Partnerships are required to operate transparently, thereby giving the public confidence that decisions made are proper, based on evidence, and capable of being independently scrutinised. This includes fulfilling their legal obligations arising from distributing public money, such as checking that funding meets the EU state aid rules.

For every grant committed by your organisation since 1st January 2013 please provide the name of the organisation who received funding, the amount, the date of any legal agreement and the way in which it met the legal requirement to be within the EU state aid rules.

Re: Request for Information – Freedom of Information Act 2000

Thank you for your request for information about organisations who received funding, the amount, the date of any legal agreement and the way in which it met the legal requirement to be within the EU state aid rules since 1 January 2013.

Your email request was received on 17 October 2017 and I am dealing with it under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
