Act 2000, set out below:
 
Would you please provide me with any correspondence that refers to the
Balcombe fracking protests and/or Operation Mansell between yourself and
UK Oil & Gas Investments Ltd, Horse Hill Developments or Kimmeridge Oil &
Gas Limited or any of their subsidiaries.
 
I can confirm that the information you requested is not held by the Office
of the Sussex Police & Crime Commissioner (OSPCC), under Section 1(1)(a)
of the Act.
 
Neither the Commissioner or the OSPCC has had any correspondence with UK
Oil & Gas Investments Ltd, Horse Hill Developments or Kimmeridge Oil & Gas
Limited or any of their subsidiaries, in relation to the Balcombe fracking
protests and/or Operation Mansell.
 
In the interests of transparency, I can confirm that Mrs Bourne met with
Mr Francis Egan, Chief Executive of Cuadrilla Resources, on 4 September
2013, as a matter of courtesy.
 
The Commissioner also discussed the policing of the anti-fracking protests
in Balcombe with the former Chief Constable at her webcast monthly
Performance & Accountability Meeting on 20 September 2013. This session
and the minutes from the meeting can be viewed on Mrs Bourne’s website
