Dear Mr Egglesden,

I wanted to provide you an update for this request, we are really sorry it
has gone late past the due date of 19/10/2017. You asked us for the
following:

Would you be able to supply the documents and minutes from the Safety
Group meeting relating to Bestival 2017 please.

Also, would it be possible to request any follow up documents ensuring
that any advisories and recommendations given were actually carried out by
the organisers before gates opened.

What has happened is there is some information we do hold in relation to
this request but it is owned by another public authority. In this
situation we need to consult with them before disclosing anything to you
and this is causing a delay in our response. We will continue to work on
this and hope to return a response to you shortly.

Kind regards,

Chris Fitzgerald
