Further to our recent disclosure, detailed in the attached
“FOI-1718-0628R1”, I can confirm that the Council are now in a position to
disclose details of “correspondence between Lidl (Direct) and Councils
officers”.

 

Please see attached “FOI-1718-0628 - Lidl (Direct) Correspondence- Final”.

 

I can confirm that, having undertaken considerations into the Commercial
Sensitivity of this information, the Council no longer wish to rely upon a
Section 43 exemption in regards to this information. Upon discussions with
Lidl, it was decided that the information was not Commercially Sensitive.
I am sorry for the delay in receiving this information, that resulted from
these considerations being undertaken.

 

I can also confirm that some information within the attached disclosure is
considered “Personal information”. As such the Council has made redaction
to all named individuals, other than Council staff within the top 5 tiers
of the Council structure, under Section 40 of the Freedom of Information
Act 2000. This is in accordance with the Council’s policy on Processing
Requests under FOI and EIR (copy available on request).

Further to our recent disclosure, detailed in the attached
“FOI-1718-0628R1”, I can confirm that the Council are now in a position to
disclose details of “correspondence between Lidl (Direct) and Councils
officers”.

I can confirm that, having undertaken considerations into the Commercial
Sensitivity of this information, the Council no longer wish to rely upon a
Section 43 exemption in regards to this information. Upon discussions with
Lidl, it was decided that the information was not Commercially Sensitive.
I am sorry for the delay in receiving this information, that resulted from
these considerations being undertaken.

 

I can also confirm that some information within the attached disclosure is
considered “Personal information”. As such the Council has made redaction
to all named individuals, other than Council staff within the top 5 tiers
of the Council structure, under Section 40 of the Freedom of Information
Act 2000. This is in accordance with the Council’s policy on Processing
Requests under FOI and EIR (copy available on request).
