Parity for Halton residents with the other four authorities in Merseyside

Alliance Local Delivery System did not have the information requested.

Dear Alliance Local Delivery System,

Care at Home & Homecare Providers in Merseyside.

Are we at liberty as Halton Borough Council tax payers, able to use any of the below providers of domiciliary care in Merseyside. Whether paid for privately or paid for by the council where the money can be recovered from our estate or where the money cannot be recovered. Please verify if necessary any discrimination between private, recovery after death and non-recoverable.

The freedom of choose is with the council tax payers of the other four Merseyside councils, with the following 32 care providers out of a total 156 that can be used.

Everycare (Wirral) Ltd, Apollo Care (South Wirral), Home Instead Senior Care (Liverpool Central & North), WarrenCare Ltd, Sylvan Home Care Services, Home Instead Senior Care (Wirral).
Home Instead Senior Care (Liverpool South), Aspire Care Support Services.
Prestige Nursing + Care (Liverpool), Promedica24 – Liverpool, Clarriots Care (Liverpool), CNC homecare, St Helens Supported Living Service, Care Connect UK, Home Instead Senior Care (Knowsley & Liverpool East), Right at Home (Sefton), Absolute Care. United Response - Merseyside Supported Living, Bluebird Care (St Helens). Carers Trust 4all (Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton & Warrington). Chinese Wellbeing, Select Support Partnerships Ltd, Merseyside & Cheshire Age Concern. Liverpool & Sefton Wings Care Domiciliary, TogetherCare. Care and Respite Support Services,Unite Healthcare Ltd Prescot. Alternative Futures, Creative Support - St Helens Domiciliary Care Agency. Santa Monica Healthcare Group Ltd. Hand in Hand Homecare Agency Ltd.
Carewatch (St Helens) CRG Homecare – Liverpool.

Do Halton council tax payers and their carers or advisers have the same freedom of choose?

If any Halton residents do not have the freedom of choose can you please verify that number in male and female totals. Again provide any variances between private, recovery after death and non-recoverable.

Yours faithfully,

James A Owen
