Dear Greater Cambridge Partnership,

Could you please release the date, time, location, agendas, minutes (or equivalent) and other papers / presentations for:

* Board and Joint Assembly Working Groups.

I would like to restrict my request to events scheduled after the 26th of July 2017. I am requesting information relating to both past events and those planned for the future.

I would like to suggest this material is routinely pro-actively made available via the Greater Cambridge Partnership website.

Dear Mr Taylor

Re: Freedom of Information Request ref: 8216

We have considered your request under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act and have finalised our response.  The package of documents
are too large in file size to be sent by our email server and would
involve numerous individual emails to send bit-by-bit.  We can send these
electronically via a Managed File Transfer System; however this will
involve sending a link to a secure area and a password that may not be
appropriate to send through to the public WDTK site.

Our suggestion would be for you to provide a direct email address so that
we can then send the package to that address and you can then upload the
files to the WDTK case. If this would be agreeable then please forward an
address to our FOI mailbox and we can then send the files on.

I hope this information is helpful but if you are unhappy with the service
you have received in relation to your request and wish to make a complaint
or request a review, you should write to Information Management, at either
[1][email address] or by post at Box No. OCT1224, Shire Hall,
Cambridge CB3 0AP within 40 days of the date of this e-mail.

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: Information
Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9
5AF, or via their website: [2]https://ico.org.uk/.

Generally, the ICO will not undertake a review or make a decision on a
request until the internal review process has been completed.

Yours sincerely

Dear Greater Cambridge Partnership,

Re: Freedom of Information Request, your ref: 8216

Many thanks for preparing the requested material for release.

As for communicating the information to me, one option may be to group, and compress, the files into a number of .zip files and send them via one or more emails.

Alternatively could the files be placed online and a link to them provided (there is no need surely for a "secure area and a password" for material which would be provided to anyone on request)?

Regards,
