The Environmental Information Regulations 2004may restrict the release of

I am writing to ask you to clarify your request. This is because the
details of your request are formulated in too general a manner making it
difficult for the Council to accurately provide you with relevant
information. Therefore I should be grateful if you would clarify whether
"all planning, consultation and any other internal documents as well as
meeting minutes relevant to the Quietway route" are required or if you
would be happy to receive the information held on the development of a
contraflow cycle lane on Blomfield Road.

In order to assist you, I can tell you that providing all the data held is
likely to exceed the appropriate costs limit under section 12 of the
Freedom of information Act 2000.

to the relevant department(s) for consideration. You will receive a

Dear T Holden,

If it would exceed the appropriate cost limits to provide all documents then limiting it just to the contraflow lane on Blomfield Road would be acceptable.

Some examples of the kinds of documents I am expecting are (but any others would be greatly appreciated e.g. emails between contractors/developers - they may need to be appropriately redacted to remove personal data):

I'd much prefer have the documents sent electronically, makes them easier to search, store and for others to see them publically - I understand email can't be able to handle such large file sizes at once.
