We respond to requests under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and
Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

 

There are no applications in progress for the sites listed below and no
pre-applications meeting held for the sites either.

 

Please see attached permits for Barton Moss and Ellesmere Port.

 

There has been a transfer of the permit for Barton Moss to Ineos, see
permit transfer attached.  We haven’t received anything from INEOS on any
proposals for the site.

 

Please refer to the [1]Open Government Licence which explains the
permitted use of this information.
