I refer to your Freedom of Information Request received on 30th August 2016  
 
Your request asked for the following information:

I’m currently in the process of compiling local authority information of addresses 
where non-traditional methods have been used.  
 
Several mass building projects for local authority houses were constructed using 
prefabricated or in-situ techniques such as concrete or steel and often had trade 
names such as Reema, Wates, Cornish etc.  These are both pre and post war. Some 
of these types were subject to further investigation under the Housing Act 1985.  
 
If you have any information of such dwellings in your local authority it would be of 
great use. Some local authorities have provided lists showing the road, number and 
type to assist with identification.

Internal Review Procedure  
 
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of this enquiry you can invoke the Council’s

requests must be sent to us within 4 weeks and must clearly state in writing your 
reference number and your reasons for your request for internal review.
