I am interested for 2008/9 if bonuses were paid to the Chief Executive and Exeecutive Directors and how much this was in bandings if 0-2499,2500-4999,5000-9999,10000-19999, 20000 and over if you do not disclose the exact amounts.
I looked at the Annual Report, but there was no information on bonuses specifically.

thank you for your reply dated the 22nd June, in which you advised me that the details of the bonus payments to Directors was available in the 2008/9 Annual Report and Accounts.

I have had another look at the report and could not find the remuneration details broken down between salary and bonus payment in the renumeration report, it was one total figure only.

Could you therefore give me the information from the original request or indicate the page in the Annual report where this information is given.

I would be grateful if you can consider the additional questions below:

1) Does the Trust have a Gifts, Hospitality and Sponsorship Policy or similar which reflects the NHS Guidance “COMMERCIAL SPONSORSHIP – ETHICAL STANDARDS FOR THE NHS, Nov 2000” and if so, please send me a copy.
If the Trust guidance is instead within the Trust SFIs/SOs, please send me a copy of these.

2) Please supply a copy of the Trust 2008/9 and 2009/10 Hospitality, Sponsorship and Gifts registers.
Please consider excluding names of individuals, but including Directors titles or names and
including names of companies supplying Sponsorship.
Supplying company names enables scrutiny of the frequency and value of multiple sponsorship.

3) Does the Trust include details of sponsorship in the Hospitality register by pharmaceutical companies
or other medical supplies companies for attendance at events such as medical conferences?
If not, is there somewhere else where this information is held?
