Dear Ingleby Barwick Town Council,

Under the Freedom of Information Act, please provide the following information:

- Have minutes been taken at all Town Council Meetings since January 2016?

- Please provide a list of meetings (including dates, and the type of meeting) where minutes have been kept since January 2016

- Please advise the name of the person who recorded the minutes at each of the meetings listed above

- Please provide copies of any minutes (draft of otherwise) taken at meetings since January 2016 where they are not already published online. Note: CPALC guidance states "draft minutes [...] should be published no more than 1 month after the relevant meeting" [ Reference: http://www.cpalc.org.uk/town-or-parish-c... ]

- Please provide copies of any legal/non-legal advice (formal or informal) the council has received from SBC or any other party (including Councillors) regarding the publication of minutes or their release under the FOI act.

If you are unable to release any of the information requested above, please advise as to which exception you believe to apply, and the reason for this.
