Please consider this a request for information made under the Freedom of Information Act.
Can you please provide me with the following information:
1. A list of buildings owned and operated by the Local Authority.
2. The last complete bill gas and electric bill, (or combined bill), for each building, please note I would like to be in receipt of each page of the bill, (for clarity if the bill has 6 pages, I would like a copy of all 6 pages).
3. The contact details of the individual or team who would deal with the energy provision for the building.

Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act, dated the 10th July 2016.

Under Section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 we can
confirm that Boston Borough Council does hold the information specified in
your request.

 

1.       A list of buildings owned and operated by the Local Authority.

Please see the attached, please note not all land / buildings on the Asset
Register have gas / electricity supplies and some properties are leased
out so Boston Borough Council are not responsible for the provision of
utilities at those properties therefore there will not be copies of
invoices of all land / buildings listed on the asset Register.

the energy provision for the building.

 

We currently utilise ESPO to procure gas and electricity. Contact Andy
