Dear Haslam, Jessica,

Thank you for providing me with the information I requested, and doing so speedily.

I would be grateful if you could please publish minutes and any associated documents from the SEN Officers regional group meeting of 17 June 2016 and those preceding the 20.6.14 meeting going back two years (i.e. to 20.6.12). I would also be interested in the minutes and associated documents from the meeting that took place after 1 October 2010.

Yours sincerely,

Gilmore, George, City of York Council

Dear Mandy Redfellow,

The information requested through your Freedom of Information Request is:

1 What is the name of this regional group?
The Yorkshire and Humber 0 – 25 SEND Strategic Forum

2 Which local authorities are involved?
All of the Yorkshire and Humber local authorities.

3 How often are meetings held?
The Forum meets 4 times each year.

4 Please provide notes or minutes of meetings for the last two years
I am not able to release copies of the minutes of Forum meetings as I do
not own this information. This information can only be released with the
agreement of all members of the Forum. The views of the members from other
local authorities would need to be sought regarding the sharing of minutes
of Forum meetings. If you wish the Forum to consider this request this
will take more time.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Gilmore, George,

Thank you for your reply of 12 July. I believe you have responded to my request of 7 June, which has already been answered, rather than the subsequent request of 28 June, which can be found further down the page:

https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...

My request of 28 June is similar to my request of 7 June, in that it asks for further documents from one of the same groups. You make the point that you will need to get permission from all group (forum) members in order to proceed and this will take longer. I would like to point out that the Council's response to my original request took 8 days, so either permission can be given speedily or permission is not required at all.

For clarity my request of 28 June is repeated here:
