Road Repair
Dear West Sussex County Council,
I would like copies of all communication and correspondence with both internal and external parties, and any paperwork or logs of any reported potholes and road damage, as well as information pertaining to the repair of such, for Ardingly Road, West Hoathly from November 2015 to February 2016.
Please also send copies of your policies and timescales, including policy for temporary repairs, for reported damage as well as your inspection schedule for the same road.

If for any reason the Council needs to extend this timescale you will be notified in accordance with the relevant legislation.
