Dear Mr Chillman
REQUEST UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000
Further to your enquiry, which we received on 08 July 2015, you requested the
following information which we have provided our response in green below each
question asked:
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I seek the following information about
the West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust's Backup Policy for
your Office 365 deployment.
1.) Can you please confirm If you currently have a software or service solution in
place to back up your office 365 environment and if so what is the solution?
The service is provided by Microsoft as part of the Office 365 subscription. We do not
utilise a third party software to provide additional backup to Office 365.
2.) If a system or service is in place to back up your office 365 environment can
you confirm the retention period the data is stored for?
As above.
We hope that this answers your request. If you are dissatisfied with our response you
