REQUEST UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 
 
Thank you for your recent request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 
which we received on 08 July 2015. 
 
The Freedom of Information Act provides members of the public access to recorded 
information held by public authorities subject to a number of exemptions. 
 
The Trust will aim to respond to your request promptly but at the latest by 05 August 
2015 which is 20 working days after we have received your request.  If the Trust 
requires additional time to consider whether a qualified exemption applies to the 
request we will notify you. If we have any questions or need clarification we will contact 
you without delay and your disclosure date will change. In this instance your disclosure 
date will change to 20 working days after your clarification has been received as per
