Mr Wiggins

I apologise for not including Mr Walker's email address this is
xxxxx.xxxxxx@xxx.xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx.

I attach a link to guidance which was issued in 2000 by the Scottish
Executive on the interpretation of Item 32 of the Statement of Dental
Remuneration. Practitioner Services Division of NHS National Service
Scotland may have guidance on how they base decisions on
approval/refusal of orthodontic treatment. Mr Walker would be able to
advise on this.

Dear Ms McClorey,

I would be grateful if you would let me know the email address for
Mr Scott Walker which was omitted from your reply. You also have
not addressed the second part of the question namely: I would also
be grateful if you would let me see any guidance on which these
decisions are based, beyond "to secure and maintain oral health".
Yours sincerely,

Peter Wiggins
