Dear Ms Beliakova 
Thank you for your Freedom of Information request which was received by Tate on 21 February 
2015. Under the Freedom of Information Act, your request should be responded to within twenty 
working days.   
I have repeated your request below and provided the following information: 
1.  For Tate Britain and Tate Modern – to provide: the number of each gallery’s visitors 
hour per hour (a sample of two months’ data will be enough, any months of year 2014 or 
2015); and the number of each gallery’s visitors per day (a sample of three-four months’ 
data will be enough, any months of year 2014 or 2015. Grateful if the information could 
be supplied as an Excel file. 

We have provided this information in the file attached. This shows the daily visitor figures for Tate 
Modern and Tate Britain for four month (February to May 2014 inclusive) including hourly visitor 
figures for two of these months (March and April 2014). 
I hope that this information is useful. If you are not satisfied with this response to your request for 
information, you may seek an internal review of this response by replying in writing to this letter. Tate 
will respond to your request for a review within 20 working days of the receipt of your request. 
If you remain dissatisfied with Tate’s response following an internal review, you may seek an
