Dear Local Government Ombudsmen,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Local Government Ombudsmen's handling of my FOI request 'Registers II'.
The redaction issue is currently with the ICO. The registers. It is over a year since the first request and the contents of the registers should have changed. The registers are identified as being made available to both the CLG and Auditors of the CLAE and underpin the organisation's governance.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

Can I just clarify - the registers have changed, and I can supply redacted versions - but you specifically asked for unredacted ones. Do you want me to supply redacted versions of the registers, or do you want to await the outcome of your complaint to the ICO? I cannot see the point is asking Mr Karney to review your request for unredacted versions ahead of the ICO's decision.
Yours sincerely
Hilary Pook

Dear Local Government Ombudsmen,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Local Government Ombudsmen's handling of my FOI request 'Registers II'.
Unredacted versions of the registers have been provided in relation to the earlier decision. Please supply the information requested.
Please review this in relation to both the handling and publication scheme.

Dear Foi Officer,
It is understood that the LGO has agreed that unredacted versions of the strategic and project register should be made available with the ICO and identified that it had acted in this way to the ICO.
It is in the public interest for copies of the Operational Risk Register in unredacted form to be made available at the same time as the Ombudsman's annual report - so that they can demonstrate that the CLAE have taken proper account of risk.
Please identify the status of your internal review taking into account assurances provided to the ICO by the CLAE.
Yours sincerely,
Stuart Hardwicke CARRUTHERS
