Dear Shrewsbury College of Arts and Technology,
Could you please reply to my FOI request (also below) as the 20 days is well overdue.
Could you please provide me with your agency spend for Lecturers,

department.

Dear Shrewsbury College of Arts and Technology,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Shrewsbury College of Arts and Technology's handling of my FOI request 'Agency spend 2013-14 by agency and department'.
I chased after 20 days but still no response.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...
Yours faithfully,
Debbie
FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST
Further to your email 10 October 2014, I enclose the College’s response to
your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act.
I can confirm that the College does hold the information requested.
I have undertaken an internal review into how the College did not respond
to your request within the 20 working day timeframe.
It would appear that your original request – dated 18 August 2014 – did
not reach the Freedom of Information Office, having been sent to the
College’s ‘prospects’ email address. This is an email address that is
primarily for the use of enquiries regarding the College's Prospectus and
was it would appear that your request was not picked up as the College was
on Summer Break.
However, when you sent your reminder request - again through the
‘prospects’ email address – on 10 October 2014, this was duly forwarded on
13 October 2014, to my office. The information requested was supplied to
my office on 27 October 2014 and is enclosed.
It would appear that the delay in answering the original request stems
from using the ‘prospects’ email address, which is provided primarily for
requests regarding College provision.
To improve our service, I have asked that it be made clear on our website
that the ‘prospects’ email address is NOT to be used for Freedom of
Information Act requests and a link is created directing enquiries to the
dedicated site on the College’s webpage specifically for FOI requests. I
hope that this will improve our service.
If you are not satisfied that the College has met its obligations under
the Act or if you have any questions, comments or complaints about the
scheme, please do not hesitate to contact me.
If we are unable to resolve any complaint, you can complain to the
Information Commissioner, the independent body who oversees the Freedom of
Information Act:
