Attached is a copy of our geographical London Connections map, which was
updated in May 2014 and is the most current edition we hold to our
knowledge. It is inclusive of stations, interchanges and lines across the
various rail networks.

To reduce potential confusion for future readers landing here at this FOI request, the "TfL Connections" map supplied in response is not geographically accurate for the London Underground sections, despite what could be construed from the wording.
In lieu of other data sources, OpenStreetMap may be useful, especially its "transport" layer showing railway/bus/tram routes:
