Pas2030 quality assurance data and who checks and collates

Waiting for an internal review by Department of Energy and Climate Change of their handling of this request.

Dear Department of Energy and Climate Change,

I would like to ask who carries out quality assurance monitoring regarding retrofit cavity wall insulation.How you obtain a pa2030 certificate. What's the follow up and how many installations need to be checked for Green Deal Approval and who chooses them and inspects. Also how many days training does an installer need before they can pump cavity wall insulation into someone's house?

Unfortunately your response only refers to the BSI and BBA who are part of the industry's 'self regulation 'nightmare. The Mark Group are used as an example of good practice on the very website you can buy a pas 2030 for £75. Training is 2/3 days which is hugely inadequate. I am being contacted by people with ruined houses who didn't know at the time (CERT) that an energy company was funding the installation and now no one appears to be able to trace it. They have tried Ofgem.
Where can this information be found? Why has this terrible misselling been allowed?Why does the Govt not present the pitfalls with CWI ? Why are companies allowed to lie or not respond when complaints are made? CIGA also does the same. Why is this allowed?
Where is the compensation for the victims. An agenda driven by all political parties.

The answer was a fob off and companies like the Mark Group march on wrecking lives. This industry 'self regulates' and is interested in profit only. Bills would go down if ECO was removed.

Every week I receive propaganda pushing Cavity Wall insulation. Nowhere does it state the risks.

I would like to know what CIGA's response time is as they tend to ignore correspondence as do the companies themselves.

Dear Correspondence (DECC),
Your response is a fob off and unacceptable . The insulation industry is unregulated other than from within. Ordinary hard working people are victims of this. Please can you list any members of the Lords or Commons who have an interest in the industry such as non executive director roles, principal share holders or any advisory role to any insulation company or regulatory bodies such as BBA, CIGA, BSI, UKAS or any interests via a third party.
The Mark Group have very recently filled a timber framed property leaving it unmortgageable. Evidenced by review centre/Mark Group. The BSI uses Mark Group as exemplar of good practice. This has to stop and questions need to be answered.
