20 MPH ZONES

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Sefton Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Sefton Borough Council,
1.Can you please list all the 20 mph zoned areas ,roads ,streets ,avenues etc ,within the Sefton area.
2. Can you please also send a full map showing all the 20 mph zoned areas within the sefton area.

This information is required for setting up vehicle devices .

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request that we received on 8^th
July 2016.

We do hold some of the data you have requested. I attach a copy of the
current 20mph Traffic Regulation Order, which details all of the roads in
Sefton which are 20mph. We do not have a “full map showing all the 20 mph
zoned areas within the sefton area”.

The Freedom of Information Act asks that public authorities must provide
applicants with particulars of how they may complain about the handling of
their request for information should they wish to.
