2021_08August_04 Do Inhabitant have to pay Council Tax and who is a Inhabitant

Waiting for an internal review by Southwark Borough Council of their handling of this request.

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

Would you please provide recorded information regarding the following:

1) Would you please inform the public whether Inhabitant as per the Does Southwark Borough Council itself produces liability order against those man or woman who do not pay the Council Tax?

2) If no! What are the steps in place for the member of the Council staff to follow when working in obtaining, securing a Liability Order?
2)(a) What is the informed consent that you give to the man or woman.
2)(b) Do you trick or trap him/her into giving his/her consent?

3) What proof of claim do the Council put on and for the record of the case (MAGISTRATE COURT) For example and not limited.
3)(a) Proof that there is is contract between the Council and the one on whom liability is being demanded. To the law that says that a man is liable to the pay the Council Tax and therefore it is not voluntary or to his/her discretion.
3)(b) When someone accept to pay your so called council tax upon proof of claim, what proof do you give him/her that he/she owes you this alleged debts.

4) Since the Liability order is said to have been produce by a JUDGE at MAGISTRATE COURT itself would you please tell the public which law exempt such liability order from having each and all of the following on it?
4)(1). A wet ink signature by the Judge or Justices Clerk who signed it on the day (Not a facsimilie of a signature).
4(2). The Royal Identifier i.e. Royal Coat Of Arms.
4(3). Once the court date has passed the Council send a “Notice Of A Liability Order”

5) If you have a true and genuine and original liability order (as partially and essentially describe above why are you not willing to follow your obligation under the law and send us a copy and make the original available for inspection that is CPR 31 obligation etc... Unless you are exempt from this law please tell us how.

Would you please confirm that your answer is being provided under the penalty of perjury and fraud.

I just told you that you have not responded to the claim and that you have therefore failed to discharge your duty and.

Nothing similar or identical is the same. Your attempt hide behind this statement is clearly a failure in your part and an indication that you do not wish to reveal exactly in public that the process that you have in place in establishing the so called liability for "COUNCIL TAX".

We are not in receipt of proof of claim that a liability can arrive where there is not contract or/and the consent of the man/woman on which such liability is being requested.

Please discharge your duty and with your full name and under your Oath of Office and Allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and Her Heirs
