Dear Ministry of Defence,

By law, the department should normally have responded promptly and by 15 February 2013. If 2011DIN03-025 is not released voluntarily through the FOI process I intend to seek its release via submission of parliamentary questions.

It would be in parties' interests that you comply with this FOI no later than Mon, 1 Mar 13.

While I do not envisage submitting any new FOI requests in the immediate future, I do expect the department to honour existing ones.

I noticed that the case from Mr. Mowday of 19 January 2013, appears to
suggest that my MOD colleagues from DMC have not provided the DIN
requested, when in fact they did on the 19 February (see attached).

 

While the Army Secretariat is not responsible for this subject, I thought
it would be helpful to send you another copy.
