Thank you. What I can now see is a list of dredging from 1989 to 2011/12.

Assuming that there is a letter that answers my questions could you please try sending it (by hitting reply) to What Do They Know without any attachment. Maybe the attachment caused a problem.

The mail with my questions came to you from What Do They Know which is a site viewable by the public (it means that public bodies don't have to answer the same questions dozens of times) so you'll be able to look and see if your reply is showing, if you'd like to.

Please see attached breakdown of works completed by the Broads Authority in the area for navigation purposes.

No - flood risk management is the responsibility of the Environment Agency

It has not been, although navigation dredging works in the River Wensum were supported by a grant received from the Environment Agency.

d If The Broads Authority is not responsible for dredging the River Yare for flood risk management purposes who is?

EA, as above

Yes for flood risk purposes, not for navigation.

Never, NRA did not have navigation responsibility

Not to my knowledge, but see c above.

1st April 1989, for navigation purposes

There is no such policy, the BA continue to dredge the river for navigation purposes in accordance with the Sediment Management Strategy, Waterways specifications and following prioiritisation of the dredging programme in consultation with the navigation committee
