1992 Precedent book

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Cabinet Office should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Cabinet Office,

The 1st Tier Tribunal last year ordered disclosure of the 1992 edition of the Precedent Book subject to some redactions.

Please provide this in email PDF format.

Yours faithfully,

Steve Elibank

Dear Cabinet Office,

It was on the 9th of December that I requested: ‘The 1st Tier Tribunal last year ordered disclosure of the 1992 edition of the Precedent Book subject to some redactions. Please provide this in email PDF format.’

That was over 20 days ago so you should have replied by now. Please do so by Monday.

Yours faithfully,
