Dear Dr Watt
I write in connection with the above-referenced Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

this request, which for clarity, has been repeated below:

5. Did the senior officer group concerned
with Dr. Kelly's death meet in response
to URN 514 of 28th October 2010? If so,
on what date(s)?
6. I ask for copies of all notes, minutes of
the meeting or similar documents with
respect to any senior group meetings
referred to in Question 5.
Section 14 We have previously responded to over 50 requests and over 130 questions from you
concerning the investigation into the death of Dr David Kelly and many others on this
subject matter. Answering all of these questions, including your own has been time-
consuming and in our view imposes a disproportionate burden on police officers and
staff.
Thames Valley Police acknowledges the general value of transparency in disclosing
information. However, it now considers that the vast amount of data already available
with regards to the death of Dr Kelly and the fact that the case is now closed and over
10 years old, reduces significantly any public interest in disclosure.
There are a large number of documents relating to Operation Mason already in the
public domain. In order to assist you in this matter, I have provided some links below.
