Consultation re Ballymagee youth centre (Thursday evening provision)

I am writing to request copies of all hard copy and electronic documents including but not limited to: internal and external communications, correspondence, meeting minutes, phone notes, emails, directives and guidance in relation to the proposed changes intended to take effect to Thursday evening provision at this venue from September 2013.
I also wish to request copies of all hard copy and electronic documents including but not limited to: internal and external communications, correspondence, meeting minutes, phone notes, emails, directives, guidance decisions and announcements in relation to the subsequent consultation into these services and proposed changes intended to take effect from Thursday 6th February 2014.
