Ms Stone

Further to your email below I am attaching a number of spreadsheets which together contains the information which you have requested. The first spreadsheet "NNDR all props...." is a complete list of all properties with an RV greater than or equal to £12,000. The other spreadsheets list the properties which are either empty by exemption or relief, are in receipt of a rate relief and a separate list for properties in receipt of an exemption as a Listed building, as per your request. The initial list contains all the data fields which you requested.

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to your request. This is due to the large volume of work that the Local Taxes department is required to undertake at this time of year in order to produce Council Tax, NNDR and BID annual bills. This was compounded by the issues of flooding that Winchester has suffered in the last month. Your patience in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Regards
