Re:Information regards a sex crime.

The request is waiting for clarification. If you are diane taylor, please sign in to send a follow up message.

Dear Police Service of Northern Ireland,

In May 2000 I was a victim of a sex crime whilst walking down the road in broad day light with my 7 year old daughter. I had an independent witness to this attack whom I had never met in my life before.

There was a tv appeal to try and catch this sex pervert.

In May/June 2006 I was out shopping in abbey centre when I identified the male whom I believed sexually assaulted me in May 2000. This male was subsequently arrested for this attack.

I would like to know why this male was not taken to court for this attack and I would also like to know why my independent witness was not asked to identify this male at the time of his arrest in 2006?

I am very unhappy with the way I a victim of sex crime have been treated by Seapark Psni Crime Department who were responsible for the handling of this case.

I am so traumatised still to this day I am having counselling sessions for this attack and other sex incidents the PSNI are well aware of!

Yours faithfully,

diane taylor
