On 19 October 2012 you submitted a Freedom of Information request to the

Your request was as follows:
'Please can you provide agendas, meeting notes and subsequent actions of

Directorate of the Council that discuss allotments.
The time-frame for this information are meetings held between 01/04/12 to

The response is as follows:
* There are no agendas, meeting notes or subsequent actions from
meetings that have taken place within the council's Environmental
Services department that discussed allotments
* There were two meetings within the Planning department where we have
notes of discussions on allotments. These are attached. You will see
that I have redacted some details relating to third parties including
areas of discussion that were not related to allotments.
If you are not satisfied with the response to your request you may ask for
the request to be reconsidered. You can do this either by letter or by
emailing [Watford Borough Council request email] The request will then be considered by
a different officer. If you still remain dissatisfied with our response
after this you may write to the Information Commissioner
