12-15 yo Genetic therapy refusals vaccinator guidelines for Gillick competence vs incompetence

Dear Public Health Scotland,

PHS Scotland are responsible for the roll out of the “COVID-19 vaccine" to children under the age of 16 years old, therefore the information requested here should be recorded on PHS systems.

As a Freedom of Information Act 2002 request please provide the recorded guidelines provided to “COVID-19 vaccinators" (i.e. the individuals who are injecting a single dose of the Pfizer/BioNTech mRNA therapy BNT-162b2, that has not completed phase 3 clinical trials, into the upper arm of 12 to 15 year old children) as they pertain to the following two groups of children who have refused to receive the “COVID-19 vaccine“

1. Children deemed to be Gillick competent.
2. Children deemed to be Gillick incompetent.
