Dear Mr Rosser,

Thank you for the documents you have supplied so far.

I am particularly interested in understanding the financial terms of Lot 3 of the Commoditised IT Hardware and Software Framework Agreement (RM721/L3), and of this procurement in particular. Can you supply documents detailing the expenditure model (capital/revenue), estimated value and timeframe for the services procured?

Yours sincerely,

Rob Dyke

Dear Freedom of Information (WSHT),

Re FOI123634

Are you now able to provide the Business Case and the Risk Log for this deployment?

I am still awaiting details of financials for this procurement under the framework procurement agreement - Lot 3 of the Commoditised IT Hardware and Software Framework Agreement (RM721/L3).

I am unable to find the vendor of this software on the list of suppliers listed on the GPS website for this Framework Agreement.

I am unable to find the software on the list of software on the GPS website for this Framework Agreement.

Are you confident that you have supplied the correct GPS Framework Agreement Reference?

To put this as clearly as possible: I would like to know the financial details of the procurement. I would like to know how much money was spent to gain the safety and quality benefits for the trust.

Yours sincerely,

Rob Dyke
