By law under section 10 (1) Freedom Of Information Act 2000
10 Time for compliance with request
(1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), a public authority must
comply with section (1) promptly and in any event not later than
the twentieth working day following the date of reciept.
Country Side Council for Wales is a Public Authority Section 3 FOIA
2000.
11. (1) (a) the provision to the applicant of a copy of information
in permanent form or in another form acceptable to the applicant.
I have request the information through the method used now. I would like to stress you are now by law over the twenty working day. I have had no request for more time or reasons for delay or a fee notice.

Error on last reply the message should read as follows.
