Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Business Board

A Local Enterprise Partnership, also called The Business Board

This authority is not subject to FOI law, so is not legally obliged to respond (details).

This body is the successor Local Enterprise Partnership to the former Greater Cambridge & Greater Peterborough Local Enterprise Partnership[1].

The Local Enterprise Partnership is probably not formally subject to the Freedom of Information Act however we list it here due to its public role for example in distributing public funds and setting priorities for investment in roads, buildings and facilities.

While the LEP is the decision making body you may wish to consider making your request to a body which is formally subject to FOI such as the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority, the relevant local council, or, a central Government department.
