A public authority

The ODI is not subject to the Freedom of Information Act.

The Institute is not a public body for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act. However, the Institute has a policy of openness and generally seeks to make information available where practicable. [1]

We have included the ODI on this site because "£10m of public funds have been pledged to the ODI".[2]
