The Northern Care Alliance was an NHS Group formed by bringing together two NHS Trusts, Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust and The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust.

This body became defunct on 1 October 2021, upon the merger of the two trusts being completed.
