The IPAB is an ACPO-led high level multi-agency advisory body established to better coordinate delivery of HMG cross departmental police service initiatives and professional interests overseas. The NPIA, Scottish Executive and Northern Ireland Office, together with other HMG departments such as the Home Office, FCO, DfID and Cabinet Office are all members of this Board. Our current understanding is that IPAB is not subject to FOI.
